Can I put my property on the market with dreamspot.co.uk if it is already on the market with another agent?

Yes, in the majority of cases. If your existing contract is a "Multiple Agent" agreement then you can list with us at the same time. If you sell through dreamspot.co.uk you only pay our fee. We can provide you with advice to clarify your position.

Will you value my property for me?

We will provide a valuation guide range based on similar properties in your local area by gathering information from multiple data sources including the Land Registry (England and Wales).

"Your property is worth what a buyer is willing to pay for it" (just so long as the buyer's mortgage lender agrees that the price is fair).

How are viewings arranged?

Is there a minimum contract period?

We will upload all your details to www.dreampot.co.uk and onto all the property websites as soon as we have visited you and agreed the description with you. These details should be available to view within 48 hours from you agreeing to marketing description.

Do you take photographs and floor plans?

We will take unlimited digital photographs and produce professional floor plans for your property.

Will we get a For Sale Board?

We will arrange for a high quality For Sale Board which will clearly show our web address and telephone number. Research shows that over 30% of enquiries are generated from For Sale Boards!
